We're in when you're out

Here are a few quick points about the call answering service that BananaOffice provides:

  • We offer a FREE, no obligation, one week trial
  • There is no set up charge, and the service is up and running in minutes
  • We do not tie you into a long-term contract or a minimum number of calls per month
  • You can hire us either on "pay as you go", or a monthly package
  • All our packages are based on "per call" rate, no matter how long each call lasts (on our standard service)
  • We ensure that the same three telephonists answer your calls, meaning they quickly build up a relationship with your regular callers
  • We can provide a basic message-taking service, or something more bespoke. Just let us know your requirements and we will do our best to match them
  • We can act as a virtual receptionist, transferring all, or just important, calls to you (calls can only be transferred to a non-diverted number)
  • Outside of office hours (9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday) we provide a personalised voicemail with the outgoing message in your business name. We can provide you with access to the voicemails.

High-volume call packages

For clients with a monthly call volume of over 500 calls, whether for one building or several offices across the country, we will be happy to provide a bespoke quotation.

A brief overview of the service

We set up a number unique to you to which you can divert your calls. Alternatively, you can use the number we have provided on your stationery, advertising and website. We will answer all calls in your business name and deal with them as agreed with you. By default all messages will be e-mailed to you within 15 minutes of the call, however, you can choose to have these sent by text, fax or voicemail.

Additional services

Our telephonists will be happy to make calls on your behalf and introduce ourselves as being from your company. This can be useful for:

  • Providing information or messages to your customers
  • Making or rearranging appointments
  • Providing updates to customers about work, orders, etc.
  • Calling to collect payment (we need access to your payment system)
  • Requesting customer feedback
  • Follow-up calls to recipients of direct marketing campaigns
